By using this app, or by being a user within a server that uses this app, these terms will automatically apply to you – you should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the app. You’re not allowed to copy or modify the app, any part of the app, or our trademarks in any way. You’re not allowed to attempt to extract the source code of the app, and you also shouldn’t try to translate the app into other languages or make derivative versions. The app itself, and all the trademarks, copyright, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to it, still belong to Heroz, also known as the owner of the email listed in the support section. The developers
are committed to ensuring that the app is as useful and efficient as possible. For that reason, we reserve the right to make changes to the app or to charge for its services, at any time and for any reason. We will never charge you for the app's CORE services without making it very clear to you exactly what you’re paying for.
The core services are playing media, anything else is NOT a core service.
- Data
We won't save your message data and only use your message content to respond but we never save them.
The mp3-BOT app wont store anything.
- Abuse
Don't abuse bot features to break discord's Terms of Service, if this happens and we are alerted, we will blacklist the bot from being used in the server that the violation was committed within.
- Free
The application's core features are free, however in the future the developers tend to add ADDITIONAL features behind a paywall.
- Changes
The development team may update our Terms and Conditions from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. I will notify you of any changes by the new terms of service IN the #announcements channel of the bots official server. If you fail to view the updated terms, it is on your own account that something unfavourable is to take place.
